Ingredients:
1 lb tortellini
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Asiago cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
