Ingredients:
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup white rum
1/4 cup mango juice
1/4 cup strawberry puree
Ice
Assorted tropical fruits (mango, peach, pineapple, cherry)
Whipped cream
Red and yellow sugar for rim
Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Orange slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Glasses:
Rim the edges of two tall glasses with honey and dip into a mix of red and yellow sugar for a sunset effect.
Blend the Piña Colada:
In a blender, combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, mango juice, and a generous amount of ice.
Blend until smooth.
