BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, plus extra for topping
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Brush the top with barbecue sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush additional barbecue sauce on top for extra flavor.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
