Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Coat the chicken breasts with ranch dressing and set aside.
3. In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
4. Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure an even coating.
5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
