Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup French onion soup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup (for topping)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Onion: In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened and caramelized. Let cool.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, sautéed onion and garlic, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Form Meatloaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
Top and Bake: Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
