The Best Baked Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

2 pork tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs each)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the seared pork tenderloins.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the pan juices drizzled on top.
