These delicious no-bake peanut butter oat cups are a healthy and quick snack option, packed with oats and peanut butter. Perfect for on-the-go or as a satisfying treat.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips or nuts for topping

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Stir in the oats until well combined.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners and evenly spoon the mixture into each cup.
Press the mixture down firmly into the muffin cups. Top with chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer for a quick and healthy snack.
