Healthy Cookies – No Sugar, No Flour!

These healthy cookies are naturally sweetened with bananas and packed with oats, raisins, and dark chocolate. Perfect for a wholesome snack without added sugar or flour!

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (such as Lily’s brand)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, apple sauce, oats, almond milk, raisins (or nuts), chocolate chunks, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

Bake:
Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are set and golden around the edges.

Cool and Serve:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
