Bacon Cheeseburger Garlic Bombs

Bacon Cheeseburger Garlic Bombs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 slices of bacon
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup garlic butter
12 small dough balls (store-bought or homemade)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until browned. Once fully cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly distributed. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Dough:
Flatten each dough ball with your hands or a rolling pin to form small discs. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough disc. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal completely, forming a tight ball.

Wrap with Bacon:
Wrap each filled dough ball with a slice of bacon, making sure to cover as much of the dough as possible. Brush the bacon-wrapped bombs with garlic butter for extra flavor.

Bake the Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bacon-wrapped bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the bacon is crispy.

Serve and Enjoy:
Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky, bacon-wrapped goodness immediately.
