Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1 Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2 Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook steaks to desired doneness, then set aside.
3 In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4 Pour in beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan.
5 Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, simmer until the sauce thickens.
6 Serve steaks topped with the garlic cream sauce.

Notes:

Substitute beef broth with vegetable broth for a lighter option.
Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
