Bacon Cheeseburger Tortilla Roll-Ups – the ultimate party snack
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup diced onions
1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)
1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced pickles, diced onions, ketchup, and mustard. Mix until well combined.
Spread the Mixture:
Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add the Ground Beef:
Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef on top of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
