Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz angel hair pasta (or spaghetti)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
