Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders (about 8-10 pieces)
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Start by heating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly greasing it with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
Mix the Seasoning: In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
Season the Chicken: Arrange the chicken tenders on the greased baking sheet. Generously sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Add the Bacon: Evenly distribute the crumbled bacon over the top of the seasoned chicken tenders.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the bacon has reached a crispy texture.
