Fried S’mores Bombs
These Fried S’mores Bombs are an ooey-gooey twist on the classic campfire treat! Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth, they’re filled with melted marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, all wrapped up and fried to golden perfection.
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate bars (chopped)
12 large marshmallows
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Directions:
Prep the Dough:
Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly to create a larger surface.
Assemble the Bombs:
Place a marshmallow and a few chocolate chips (or a piece of chocolate bar) in the center of each dough triangle. Sprinkle a pinch of graham cracker crumbs on top.
Wrap It Up:
Carefully wrap the dough around the marshmallow and chocolate, pinching the edges to seal completely, forming a ball. Make sure there are no gaps to avoid any leakage when frying.
Fry the Bombs:
Heat about 1 inch of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the s’mores bombs in batches, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 2-3 minutes).
Cool and Dust:
Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Serve:
Let them cool slightly before biting into the gooey goodness. Serve warm and enjoy the melted chocolate and marshmallow filling!
These Fried S’mores Bombs are a perfect treat for a fun night or when you’re craving a campfire classic with a crispy twist!
