Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
These Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are bite-sized bundles of joy! Soft Pillsbury biscuits oozing with gooey cheese and drenched in rich garlic butter—perfect for a snack or a side dish at dinner. These are simple to make but packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury biscuits
6 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into thirds
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prep the Biscuits:
Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit. Flatten each one slightly with your hand.
3. Add the Cheese:
Place a piece of mozzarella stick in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching it to seal completely, forming a ball.
4. Bake:
Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Prepare Garlic Butter:
While the bombs are baking, melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
6. Coat with Garlic Butter:
When the bombs are out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley for garnish.
7. Serve Warm:
Enjoy your garlic butter cheese bombs while warm and gooey! Perfect for dipping in marinara sauce or just savoring on their own.
