Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
2 slices of sourdough bread
1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Stir in chopped shrimp, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
Assemble the sandwich: Spread the shrimp mixture on one slice of bread, top with mozzarella, and place the second slice on top.
Grill in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
