4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef or chicken broth
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
