Carnivore Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef (80% lean or higher)
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 4 large eggs
• ½ cup heavy cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ tsp garlic powder (optional, if allowing some seasoning)
• ½ tsp onion powder (optional, if allowing some seasoning)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powder if desired. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Egg Mixture
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
Step 4: Assemble the Pie
1. Spread the cooked ground beef evenly across the bottom of the greased pie dish.
2. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef layer.
3. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the pie, then top with crumbled bacon.
Step 5: Bake
1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pie is set in the center.
Step 6: Serve
1. Let the pie rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy this cheesy, meat-packed dish!
