Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta – A Family Favorite!
This dish combines everything we love about a classic cheeseburger with comforting pasta. Perfect for cozy dinners around the table!
Ingredients:
10 oz (300 g) pasta (penne, fusilli, or macaroni)
8 oz (250 g) ground beef
3.5 oz (100 g) bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely diced
7 oz (200 g) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup (200 ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, add the onion and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the cream, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard, mixing until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
Add the pasta and bacon to the skillet, stirring everything together until well combined.
Garnish with fresh chives and serve hot
