Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk or chicken broth
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk or broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, half of the Monterey Jack, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, and the sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.
4. Bake the Casserole:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the pasta mixture. Spread evenly and top with the remaining cheeses. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
5. Bake and Serve:

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with green onions if desired, serve warm, and enjoy!

This dish is a crowd-pleaser with its creamy texture, smoky bacon, and cheesy goodness. A perfect addition to your dinner rotation!
