Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
– 1 Tbsp olive oil
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a shallow plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Rub each pork chop with olive oil, then coat each one thoroughly in the cheese and bread crumb mixture, pressing it onto the chops to ensure even coverage.
4. Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray it with cooking spray.
5. Place the coated pork chops on the prepared pan.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
