• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
• 1 cup cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or any small pasta)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese (optional)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta:
• Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Brown the meat:
• In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned.

3. Combine the sauce:
