Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole
Ingredients:
1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sour cream, and Italian seasoning.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer half of the cooked ravioli over the sauce.
Top ravioli with half of the ricotta mixture, half of the cooked ground beef, and another layer of marinara sauce. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. This hearty casserole combines the comfort of ravioli with the richness of a creamy, cheesy filling, making it a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
