Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box macaroni and cheese (prepared)
4 large tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon
2 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Directions:

Cook the Beef: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Prepare Mac ‘n’ Cheese: While the beef is cooking, prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center. Add a few spoonfuls of cooked ground beef, a generous portion of mac ‘n’ cheese, and a slice of crispy bacon.
Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, securing all the delicious fillings inside.
Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Grill each wrap until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve: Slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce – ketchup, BBQ, or ranch!
