Get ready for layers of cheesy, creamy, bacon-loaded goodness! This Crack Chicken Lasagna is the ultimate comfort dish, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.

 Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional garnish)

 Directions:

1 Perret oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2 Make the creamy sauce:

In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.

3 Assemble the lasagna:

Spread a thin layer of the cream sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer 2-3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.

Add a layer of shredded chicken, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle more cream sauce over the top.

Repeat layers, ending with noodles, sauce, and a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.

4 Bake:

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5 Serve:

Let the lasagna cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
