Easy Stuffing Balls
These golden, crispy stuffing balls are the perfect addition to your holiday table! They’re easy to make, perfectly portioned, and packed with comforting flavors.
Ingredients:
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (any flavor)
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cooked crumbled sausage or diced ham (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:
1 Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Prepare the stuffing mix:
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Stir until the stuffing is evenly moistened.
3 Add mix-ins:
If desired, fold in sausage, ham, or Parmesan cheese. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.
4 Shape into balls:
Stir in the beaten eggs to bind the mixture. Using your hands, form the stuffing into golf ball-sized portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5 Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
6 Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley for a festive touch and serve as a side dish or appetizer.
Pro Tip: Drizzle with gravy or cranberry sauce for an extra layer of holiday flavor!
