Cheese and Sausage Casserole
Ingredients:
10 sausages
500 grams ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon mixed spices (paprika, cumin, and black pepper)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the Meat Mixture:
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the ground beef and spices, stirring until the meat is fully cooked.
Mix in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
3. Assemble the Dish:
Spread the meat mixture evenly in a medium-sized baking dish.
Arrange the sausages neatly on top of the meat.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the sausages.
4. Bake the Casserole:
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serving:
Serve the casserole hot with bread or rice.
Tips:
Add vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
Feel free to use your favorite cheese, such as mozzarella, instead of cheddar.
