Hot Fudge Pie Recipe Without Crust
Ingredients:
113g melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix until the batter is smooth.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
5. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains slightly soft.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chocolate sauce or ice cream if desired.
