Turkey Chops with Flavored Potatoes
Ingredients:
For the main dish:
4 turkey chops
4 medium potatoes, sliced in half
2 tsp season-all salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange your pan: Place halved potatoes in the center of a large baking dish, cut side down. Lay the turkey chops around the edges.
Season everything: Sprinkle season-all salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and parsley evenly over the turkey chops and potatoes.
Cover and bake: Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and broil: Remove the foil and set the oven to broil. Cook until the potatoes and turkey chops are golden brown, about 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot: Enjoy the tender turkey chops and potatoes infused with delicious seasoning.
