Crispy Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped (or chives)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Flour Mixture:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2 Coat the Shrimp:
Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, making sure they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.
3 Fry the Shrimp:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 350°F / 175°C).
Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
4 Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
Mix well until smooth.
5 Coat the Shrimp:
Toss the crispy shrimp in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
6 Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
