Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
Soft, golden rolls filled with gooey, melty cheese and brushed with savory garlic butter—these irresistible bites are perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
1 Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Prepare the dough:
Separate the biscuit dough into individual portions. Flatten each piece slightly with your hands.
3 Stuff the dough:
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal, and roll into a ball.
4 Bake:
Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
5 Make the garlic butter:
While the cheese bombs bake, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
6 Add the finishing touch:
Remove the cheese bombs from the oven and immediately brush them with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
7 Serve:
Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
Pro Tip: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a little kick or pair these with marinara sauce for dipping!
