Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups
These Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are the ultimate comfort food mashup! Crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory on the inside, they’re perfect for dinner or game-day snacking.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
Optional garnish: Fresh parsley or sesame seeds
Directions:
1 Cook the beef:
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2 Assemble the filling:
Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture, stirring until well combined.
3 Prepare the dough:
Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
4 Make the garlic butter:
Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the tops of the rollups with the garlic butter.
5 Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place rollups on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6 Serve hot:
Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds if desired. Serve with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce!
Pro Tip: Add a slice of pickle inside each rollup for a tangy crunch or a drizzle of barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
