Spicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with Marinara Sauc

Ingredients:

For the Wings:

2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Marinara Sauce:

1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

Prepare the Wings:

Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Grill or Bake:

Grill: Grill wings over medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.

Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Make the Marinara Sauce:

Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Heat Sauce: Heat the sauce over medium heat until warmed through.

Serve:

Serve the wings with the marinara sauce.

Tips:

For extra crispy wings, air fry them for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).

You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.

Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as French fries, coleslaw, or potato salad.

Enjoy
