Ham and Cheese Sticks
These crispy, cheesy Ham and Cheese Sticks are the ultimate snack or appetizer! Perfect for parties, game days, or whenever you need a quick, satisfying bite.
Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
12 slices of ham
12 sticks of mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Oil for frying
Optional dipping sauces: Marinara, ranch, or honey mustard
Directions:
1 Prepare the filling:
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a slice of ham in the center, followed by a mozzarella stick.
2 Wrap it up:
Roll the wrapper tightly around the ham and cheese, folding in the sides as you roll. Brush the edges with beaten egg to seal. Repeat for all 12 wrappers.
3 Heat the oil:
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
4 Fry the sticks:
Fry the wrapped sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
