Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup marinara sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon grease in the pan.
In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 7-8 minutes. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes until softened.
Stir in marinara sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the meat sauce. Repeat with another layer of noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and crispy bacon pieces.
Bake the Lasagna: Cover the lasagna with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve:
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
