Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
• 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 large tortilla wraps
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Season the sliced chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for 2–3 minutes.
4. Lay a tortilla wrap flat and spread a generous layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center. Add a portion of the cooked chicken on top.
5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat for the remaining wraps.
6. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
7. Cut the wraps in half, garnish with parsley, and serve with sour cream on the side.
