Spicy Black Pepper Chicken with Mushrooms – A Bold and Flavorful Chicken Dish!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes until tender.
In a small bowl, mix black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and mushrooms, stirring to coat. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
