White Tuna Balls
Ingredients:
1 can of white tuna (drained)
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the tuna with the egg until well combined.
2. Add breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the mixture holds together.
3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the tuna balls until golden brown on all sides.
6. Place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serving:
Serve warm with tomato sauce or garlic-lemon dip as a snack or side dish.
