Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits
These biscuits, also known as 7-Up Biscuits, are incredibly moist and buttery, making them a delightful addition to any meal.

Ingredients:
½ cup (1 stick) salted butter
4½ cups Bisquick or similar baking mix
1 cup 7-Up or a similar lemon-lime soda
1 cup sour cream (do not use light)

Melt Butter: Place the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and put it in the preheating oven until the butter is melted. Remove the dish once melted.
Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, 7-Up, and sour cream. The dough will be sticky. PEPPER STEAK IN A CROCK POT
Shape Biscuits: On a well-floured surface, turn out the dough and sprinkle additional baking mix if necessary to handle. Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick circle. Use a round cutter to cut out biscuits.

Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Cool: Allow the biscuits to sit in the dish for a few minutes to absorb the butter before serving.
