Ingredients:
– 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits
– 2 tablespoons butter, divided
– 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
– 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
– 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the pasta. Boil your fettuccine in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside, but make sure to reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water for later use. Bombes de bacon mozzarella farciesÂ
2. Prepare the steak by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the bite-sized pieces of steak generously with salt and black pepper. Add the steak to the skillet, searing it for about 2-3 minutes on each side until it achieves a nice brown crust. Once done, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside. 3. Lower the heat to medium and make your flavorful garlic butter. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant. Return the seared steak pieces to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter mixture. Remove the skillet from the heat and set the steak aside.
4. In a separate skillet, combine the last tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the remaining minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning to the cream mixture, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and black pepper as desired.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce in the skillet, ensuring that all the pasta is coated evenly. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add in some of the reserved pasta water until you reach your preferred consistency.
7. Serve the cheesy herb pasta on plates, then top with the garlic butter steak pieces. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley for garnish. Enjoy your meal immediately!
