Creamy Cajun Chicken with Parmesan Pasta
This dish brings together the bold flavors of Cajun-spiced chicken and a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce, creating a comforting meal that’s perfect for any night.
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
8 ounces penne or your preferred pasta
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Combine:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
