These Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a sweet twist on a classic favorite! With crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, creamy cheesecake dip, and a juicy strawberry topping, this fun party dessert is perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, or anytime you’re craving something fresh and indulgent.

 Ingredients

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Chips:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Dip:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

For the Strawberry Topping:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tbsp water
  •  Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush both sides of each tortilla with the melted butter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle generously over both sides of the tortillas.
  4. Slice tortillas into triangle “chips” and arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Dip

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream or topping.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 3: Make the Strawberry Topping

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together strawberry jam and water until smooth and slightly thin.
  2. Add sliced strawberries and stir gently to coat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 4: Assemble and Serve

  • Arrange the cinnamon chips on a serving platter.
  • Scoop cheesecake dip into a bowl and spoon the strawberry topping over the chips or serve on the side for dipping.
  • Optional: drizzle extra strawberry sauce on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves!
