Ingredients:
1 can refrigerator biscuits (any amount of biscuits is fine)
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
4 Tablespoons butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a shallow baking pan (like a glass pie pan) with butter or cooking spray.
Melt butter (microwave in 30-second increments or melt on the stovetop), then place it in a small bowl.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon, then put it in a separate small bowl.
Open the package of biscuits and separate the individual biscuits.
With a knife, cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
Take each small piece and roll it into a ball.
Dip each ball in melted butter, ensuring it’s fully covered.
Next, roll the butter-covered ball into the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Place the cinnamon-sugar-covered ball into the baking dish.
Repeat until all biscuit pieces are covered and in the baking dish. The donuts can be touching in the pan.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. These pull apart easily and are quickly devoured!
