Chopped BLT’s are the perfect summertime sandwich

Ingredients:

2 loaves Jimmy John’s Bread
2 lbs thick cut bacon
5 medium tomatoes
1 bag shredded lettuce
6-8 oz mayo
SPG
Bacon Grease

Instructions:

 

Cook bacon to desired doneness
Allow to cool the finely chop and set aside

Cut loaves of bread in half and the cut open but not all the way through

Toast on low heat in remaining bacon grease

Finely dice tomatoes and removed excess moisture

Combine with shredded lettuce then add SPG, Worcestershire, and Mayo, and bacon

Mix all well and build
