Quaint 7 Minute Frosting that tastes like marshmallow cream. A light-weight and fluffy frosting for nearly any cake!

Components

  • 2 giant egg whites unbeaten
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup chilly water
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar or 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Mix the egg whites, sugar, water and cream of tartar within the high of a double boiler. Combine completely.
