GRATIN MEATBALLS WITH SUPER TASTY SAUCE

 

Ingr├ędients

400g minced meat
10 large boilotatoes
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 can of tomato sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 cups of breadcrumbs
SEASONING:
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
Salt
Black pepper
Oregano
rosemary

PREPARATION:

Take the minced meat, add all the seasonings to taste, mix 1 egg and the breadcrumbs to form a meatball dough
Then, in a little hot olive oil, let it brown well.
Then put the dissolved tomato sauce and let it cook
Mash the potatoes as usual, add the cream cheese, butter or margarine, salt and place them in the bottom of a baking dish
Top the meatballs with the sauce and finally the cheese and oregano
Gratin in the oven until the cheese is melted and done
