3 cups orange juice

1 teaspoon grated orange zest

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 pound strawberries

1 cup diced melon

1 cup grapes

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 apple

2 chunks Kiwi


1 Mango

1 Banana

Half cup Blueberries


Step 1
Rinse and dry all fruit well. Air dry or pat dry with a paper towel. Peel and cut each fruit into small pieces, making sure they are all the same size. Cut the berries in half if they are large. If using canned pineapple, filter the juice before using.Slice the banana and apple last before adding them to the salad. In a large bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, and honey.

Phase 2
fruits like strawberry, melon, grape, pineapple, kiwi, apple, pomegranate and heart are added. Add mango and banana and mix gently. Garnish with the raspberries and carefully add to the salad.Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving. If leaving overnight, add the bananas and blueberries 1-2 hours before serving. Add a few mint leaves to your salad or use as a garnish if you prefer.
