1 lb Floor Beef
1 Small Onion (Diced)
Salt & Pepper (To style)
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 cup White Rice
1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
1 15 oz can Corn (Drained)
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Salsa
1 cup Shredded Cheese

How To Make One Pot Mexican Rice


In a big skillet over medium warmth, add the bottom beef seasoned with salt and pepper and cook dinner till brown.

Sprinkle the meat with garlic powder and taco seasoning and stir till nicely blended.
Add the meat broth to the pan together with the tomato sauce, and salsa and rice.

Add Corn and stir till nicely blended.
