Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
These bite-sized pizza bombs are packed with gooey cheese and pepperoni, perfect for dipping and enjoying!
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (halal if needed)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough:
Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Assemble the Pizza Bombs:
Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
Fold the dough edges up and over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
Add Seasoning:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
