Tender beef tips simmered in a savory gravy and served over buttery egg noodles—this cozy crockpot meal is the ultimate comfort food for busy days!

Ingredients:

2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups beef broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package (12 oz) egg noodles
2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
Fresh parsley, for garnish

 Directions:

1 Prepare the beef:

Season beef tips with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

2 Set up the crockpot:

Place beef, diced onion, garlic, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, gravy mix, and Worcestershire sauce into the crockpot. Stir to combine.

3 Cook:

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.

4 Thicken the gravy (optional):

If a thicker gravy is desired, whisk together cornstarch and water. Stir the mixture into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

5 Cook the noodles:

About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter if desired.

6 Serve:

Spoon the beef tips and gravy over the egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Pro Tip: Add a splash of red wine to the crockpot for extra depth of flavor. Pair with a side of crusty bread or steamed veggies for a complete meal!
